O R D E R

Writ Petition is filed seeking to call for the records of the 2nd respondent comprised in Na.Ka. No.1/ 2013-14 dated 22.1.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents not to revise the property tax in respect of the petitioner Hotel.

2. A memo has been filed to the effect that the petition U/s. 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 has already been admitted by the National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai, order of moratorium is also passed on 05.05.2020. In such view of the matter, the Writ Petition is closed.

3. If at all any amount is to be recovered from the petitioner, the 2nd respondent is at liberty to file a claim before the resolution professional as per law.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
