O R D E R

It is the case of the writ petitioner that she attended interview for Noon-meal Organizer post. It is the further case of the writ petitioner that she had presented all the necessary documents and answered the questions raised by the officer. 2.Stating that the writ petitioner has not heard from the office of the third respondent until now, the petitioner has sent a representation dated 06.05.2018, which is at Page 9 of the typed-set of papers placed before me.

3.The prayer in the main petition is innocuous. All that the writ petitioner wants is to mandamus the Respondent No.3 to dispose of her aforesaid representation dated 06.05.2018 within a time frame.

4.Mr.V.Kadhirvelu, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.J.Pothiraj, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of Respondent No.3.

5.I have heard both sides and perused the affidavit. 6.The prayer in the writ petition is innocuous. 7.Therefore, there shall be a direction to Respondent No.3 to dispose of the representation of the writ petitioner dated 06.05.2018 (enclosed at Page No.9 of the typed-set of papers) within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Disposal of the aforesaid representation by the third respondent shall be in accordance with law. The order, disposing of the aforesaid representation, shall be communicated by the third respondent to the writ petitioner within seven working days from the date of disposal.

The writ petition is disposed of on above terms. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
