2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is no more and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing the for the respondent confirms the said fact and produced the Death Certificate of the petitioner dated 17.05.2023. 3.In view of the above submission, nothing further survives for adjudication in the above petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
