This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Para No.6(b) on the petitioner by an order dated 14.06.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.13613 of 2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
