O R D E R

The present Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in Crl.OP.No.15418 of 2021 dated 02.09.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court vide order dated 02.09.2021 in Crl.OP.No.15418 of 2021 directed the respondent police either to file a final report or closure report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant, but no action has been taken by the respondent police. After issuing pre-contempt notice to the respondent herein this contempt petition has been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed on 02.10.2022, thereafter charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.481 of 2022. He further submitted that the case has been posted for next hearing on 27.12.2022.

4. This Court gone through the copy of the FIR and final report produced before this Court.
