Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in connection with the impugned proceedings of the 2nd respondent bearing ref.No.Na.Ka.No.999/C1-E1/2014 dated 31.10.2014 and quash the same insofar as the petitioner is posted at Government High School, Arungal, Ariyalur District and direct the respondents to post the petitioner at any of Schools in Chennai District or Thiruvallur District. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in connection with the impugned proceedings of the 2nd respondent bearing ref.No.Na.Ka.No.999/C1-E1/2014 dated 31.10.2014 and quash the same insofar as the petitioner is posted at Government High School, Arungal, Ariyalur District and direct the respondents to post the petitioner at any of 2/4

Schools in Chennai District or Thiruvallur District.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has been granted, therefore, the writ petitioner has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
