This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.263 of 2018 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Tiruvarur Taluk Police Station, Tiruvarur District. 1/4

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation was completed and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvarur on 29.05.2020 and till now the same has not been taken cognizance by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvarur.

3.There shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvarur to act upon the final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and proceed further in accordance with law. 4.This criminal original petition is disposed of. 18.07.2023 Speaking Order : Yes/No Index : Yes/No ssr 2/4
