ORDER

Mr.A.Tamilvanan, learned Government Advocate accepts notice for the respondents. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner seeks a direction to the first respondent to consider her representation for the purpose of issuing a residence and nativity certificate. The petitioner urgently requires such a certificate, since she has been provisionally selected to the post of Primary School Teacher and has been directed to produce the same, failing which, the provisional selection will be cancelled.

3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that in W.P.No.33550 of 2015, this Court, by order dated 16.10.2015, while considering the similar prayer, directed the Authorities to consider such representation within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. In the light of the above, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.11.2015 on merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, the above MP is closed.
