When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. An Endorsement to the said effect is also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the Petition today.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
