Seeking a direction to the respondent to register the case and investigate the matter in accordance with law on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 24.03.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent that the respondent has not received complaint of the petitioner dated 24.03.2015. 4.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the petitioner to give a copy of the complaint dated 24.03.2015 that has been filed in this Court before the respondent police in person and on such presentation, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and if any cognizable offence is made out, act in accordance with the law as laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
