ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 04.08.2021 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 307 IPC @302, of IPC, in Crime No.1492 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that there was a wordy quarrel between the deceased and the petitioner and the other accused and in the said act the petitioner dashed the car against the deceased in which he was injured. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Therefore, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that there is a proposal to invoke Goondas Act against the petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner. 5.Considering the fact that there is proposal for invocation of Goondas Act against the petitioner and considering the facts and circumstances of the cases and considering the attitude of the petitioner and offence committed, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
