ORDER

The petitioner has made a representation on 16.10.2015 seeking return of Demand Draft for a sum of Rs.15,39,600/-. As the said request is still pending consideration, the present writ petition has been filed.

The records produced by the learned Additional Government Pleader would show that on receipt of the said representation dated 16.10.2015, the respondent sent a communication in K.No.A/2330/15 dated 19.11.2015 asking for certain particulars. In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to give a suitable reply to the communication dated 19.11.2015 sent by the respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already sent.
