By order dated 16.08.2023, this Court had directed the matter to be referred to the mediation and a Report had also filed indicating that the parties have settled the matter and agreed to withdraw the suit in O.S.No.128 of 2005 on the file of the III Additional District-cum-Sessions Judge, Salem. 2.Recording the same, this Appeal Suit is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
