2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that he has no objection for ordering this petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay in filing the appeal is condoned and this petition is ordered as prayed for.

5. The Registry is directed to number the petition for restoration and post the matter on 21.09.2022.
