ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case and file final report on the petitioner's complaint dated 05.12.2010, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the complaint was given on 05.12.2010 under the Motor Vehicles Act. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint dated 05.12.2010 is not available with the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

police.

4.Under such circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to give fresh complaint along with a copy of Accident Register to the respondent and on such presentation, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and proceed further as per the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
