O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the Writ Petition in the nature of mandamus directing the first respondent and second respondent to consider and pass orders in this representation dated 03.03.2018. The first respondent in the Writ Petitioner Tahsildar, Perambur Taluk. The petitioner states that he had been in possession of the Government poromboke house for the past five years. It is further stated that he is entitled for patta from the concerned Tahsildar. In this connection, he has submitted the representation on 03.03.2018

2. Today, a communication has been produced by the learned Government Advocate stating that the lands where the petitioners seek patta comes under the Tahsildar, Ayanavaram. It is stated that the petition has also been forwarded to the Tahsildar, 1/4 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Ayanavaram. However, it would also be in the interest of the petitioner, if he would come with a fresh representation to the Tahsildar, Ayanavaram on or before 10.01.2020 and the said officer, may issue notice and offer personal hearing to the petitioner, and on examining the records, shall pass a detailed order on or before 28.02.2020.

3.In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed of and the petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh representation to the Tahsildar, Ayanavaram on or before 10.01.2020 and upon receipt of the same, the Tahsildar, Ayanavaram, shall offer an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and after examination of the records, shall pass a detailed orders on or before 28.02.2020.

4.With the above observation, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
