The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents police to grant police protection to the lives of the petitioner, her family members and for construction of Muslim Aid House like Darga at Survey No.25/2E, Kollapatti Village, Vaniyambadi Taluk, Vellore District, on the basis of the petitioner complaint dated 29.07.2021.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has taken possession of the property and as of now he does not require any protection and he would seek that the petition may be dismissed as not pressed.
