Considering the nature of the relief sought for in this Writ Petition, notice to the respondents is deemed unnecessary. 2.It is the complaint of the petitioner that the 1st respondent, which is invested with the power / duty to maintain discipline among Bankers has not taken any action on the complaints of the petitioner. It is the case of the petitioner that the 2nd respondent / Banking company, is employing Goondas and Rowdy elements to recover the debts due to it. The 2nd respondent, being the Banking company, a complaint was made to the 1st respondent regarding the illegal methods adopted by the 2nd respondent to recover the dues. It is also claimed that the 2nd respondent is charging exorbitant rates of interest. The claim of the petitioner is that the 1st respondent has not taken any action on the complaints made by the petitioner.

3.Considering the nature of the claim made and the averments found in the affidavit filed in support of the petition as well as the complaint made by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the complaint of the petitioner dated 01.07.2022 and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The 1st respondent will do well to hear the petitioner before passing orders. No costs.
