ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to register the First Information Report on the complaint dated 19.01.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that he had taken possession of the property of the proposed accused on lease and paid a sum of Rs.6,75,000/- and that the proposed accused is insisting the petitioner to vacate the premises without returning the lease amount paid by him. The dispute is essentially between the landlord and the tenant and therefore, no positive direction can be issued to register the petitioner's complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the proposed accused along with his henchmen, came to the petitioner's house and threatened him.

4.If that is so, the petitioner shall approach the jurisdictional police and lodge a complaint narrating the events https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and upon receipt of such complaint, the concerned police shall take appropriate action in accordance with law.

With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
