ASHA, J, The above petition is filed to extend the time granted in CMP No.9846 of 2018 in CMA SR.No.49243 of 2016 order dated 13.06.2018 and permit the petitioner to pay the deficit court fee of Rs.22,319.50/- in the above CMA SR.No.49243 of 2016.

2. Considering the fact that the sufficient reasons have been give in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Hence the petition is ordered as prayed for.

3. The Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
