ORDER

Seeking a direction to the first respondent to register the case based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 13.03.2015 and to investigate and file a final report, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.16 of 2015. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.16/2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]..
