A.No.3304 of 2022 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This application has been filed seeking to grant leave to institute the suit against the respondents 24 to 26/defendants 24 to 26. 2.The present suit is filed for redemption. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant/plaintiff submitted that expect the respondents 24 to 26/defendants 24 to 26, all the other respondents/defendants are residing within the jurisdiction of this Court and the major cause of action for the suit arose at Sowcarpet, Chennai, where borrowal and lending had taken place and therefore, seeks permission of this Court to sue the respondents 24 to 26/defendants 24 to 26, since they are residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., rst 3.In view of the above, since the major cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of this Court and except the respondents 24 to 26 all the other respondents/defendants are residing within the jurisdiction of this Court, this Court feels that it would be appropriate to grant leave to sue.
