The Writ Petitions are filed for directing the 2nd respondent to initiate action on the petitioner's representations dated 31.07.2013 and 11.12.2013 in terms of Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011 in C.No.52338/C1/2011 issued by the 1st respondent.

2. The Circular issued by the Inspector General of Registration itself has been withdrawn. Since the said Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011 has been

withdrawn by the authorities, the cause arouse for filing of the Writ Petition lost its relevance. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum, if any grievance exist.
