ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the FIR in Crime No.376 of 2016 on the file of the 1st respondent police.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the Crime is of the year 2016. After completing the investigation, further action is dropped by the respondent police in Crime No.376 of 2016 and a closure report to that effect is also filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal original petition is closed. The first respondent police is hereby directed to issue a copy of the closure report to the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of Page No.2 of 4
receipt of a copy of the order.
