PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondent to take further action on the petitioner's complaint dated 04.08.2021 in CSR. No. 336 of 2021 and investigate the same in accordance with law, and file a report before this Hon'ble Court within a time to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct thel respondent to take further action on the petitioner's complaint dated 04.08.2021.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that he had lodged a complaint on 04.08.2021, in which, CSR No.336 of 2021 assigned and thereafter, no action has been taken so far. Hence, the present petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that CSR No.336 of 2021 was enquired into and closed on the same day, i.e., on 04.08.2021.

4. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is not aware about the closure report.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The respondent police is directed to serve the copy of the closure report to the petitioner enabling him to take appropriate action in the manner known to law, if he feel so.
