This Petition is filed to implead the proposed respondent as 2nd respondent in the above Criminal Revision .

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this court, on 28.04.2023, while admitting the criminal revision, directed the petitioner to implead the defacto complainant as 2nd respondent in this criminal revision and accordingly, he has filed this petition for impleading the defacto complainant as 2nd respondent in criminal revision case.

3. In view of the above, this petition is ordered by impleading the proposed respondent No.2 as 2nd respondent in Crl.R.C.No.820 of 2023.
