2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 15.06.2023, there was no representation for the petitioners and hence, the case was ordered to be listed on 22.06.2023.

3. Even today (22.06.2023), there is no representation for the petitioners.

4. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
