When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel for the Petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement in the case bundle to the following effect:

"On instructions from the Petitioner, the Petitioner was not alive, therefore, the legal heirs of the Petitioner, wife was not pressed this matter. Therefore, we may withdraw. Kindly permit me to withdraw the case."
