This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Villupuram to dispose of the case in C.C.No.53 of 2013 within a specified time frame.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the case relates to the year 2013 and the matter is being periodically adjourned by the Trial Court unnecessarily. Stating so, he prayed for a direction to the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Villupuram, to dispose of the case in C.C.No.53 of 2013 within a specified time frame.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Villupuram is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.53 of 2013 pending on his file, as expeditiously as possible, without any undue delay. 5.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
