ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking for Transfer of Investigation.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances and the allegations made in the petition, there shall be a direction to the Deputy Commissioner of Police, CCB, to monitor the investigation conducted by the third respondent. If the Deputy Commissioner of Police wants to transfer it to some other investigation officer, the same can also be considered and appropriate action shall be taken.
