The present petition is filed by the appellants in A.S.No.372 of 2011 to appoint the first petitioner / proposed 5th appellant as next friend and natural guardian for minor, second petitioner / proposed 6th appellant in a representative capacity in the above appeal.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, particularly, Paragraph Nos.2 and 3 of the affidavits and that there is no serious objection on the side of the respondents, this petition is allowed and the first petitioner / proposed 5th appellant is appointed as next friend and natural guardian for minor, viz., second petitioner / proposed 6th appellant in a representative capacity.

This petition is ordered as prayed for.
