Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned notice issued by the 1st respondent in R.C.No. 8878/AA10/2007/VPM dated 31.01.2003 and thereby quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction and thereby direct the 4th respondent to follow the Waqf Properties Lease Rules, 2014 for enhancement of rent.
