(CRIME NO. 633 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition 8(d) that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m until further orders in order passed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP.No.11973 of 2021 by the order dated 13.07.2021.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. C.C.CHELLAPPAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOPINATH Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 13.07.2021 this Court had enlarged the petitioners on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking relaxation of the conditions.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions without fail.
3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioners could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 13.07.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. All other conditions remain unaltered.
