CR.NO.30 OF 2019 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for a period of two weeks to surrender before Learned District Sessions Judge - CumP.C.R.Judge, Salem (Special Court for S.C. and S.T. Act) in pursuance with order of this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.13829 of 2019 by its order dated 30.05.2019.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. LOUISAL RAMESH, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 30.05.2019, this Court had directed the petitioner to surrender before the concerned court on certain conditions.

. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time to comply with the conditions.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to comply with the conditions. All other conditions remain unaltered.
