This petition is filed to permit the petitioners / decree holders to withdraw the deposited amount of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees five lakhs only).

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, particularly, paragraph no.2 of the affidavit, this petition is ordered as prayed for and the petitioners / decree holders are permitted to withdraw the deposited amount of Rs.5,00,000/- [Rupees Five Lakhs only] to the credit of suit in O.S.No.2699 of 2015, City Civil Court, Mumbai by filing appropriate application.

Post the Revision on 25.09.2023.
