(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time to execute the sureties in Crl.O.P No.12133 of 2020 dated 09.09.2020. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.12133 of 2020 dated 09.09.2020 with some conditions. While the petitioners were attempting to furnish sureties, the compromise between the petitioners and the de-facto complainant was initiated and hence, the petitioners could not comply with the condition within stipulated period.

3. Heard both sides.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
