Prayer: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to relax the condition imposed on him i.e., the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.12560 of 2020 on 24.08.2020.

ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on him i.e., the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.12560 of 2020 on 24.08.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, as per the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.12560 of 2020 dated 24.08.2020, the petitioner has been complying with the conditions and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12560 of 2020 dated 24.08.2020 is modified to appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
