JUDGMENT

This criminal appeal has been transferred from the file of the Principal District Court, Tiruvarur, to this Court as per the orders of the Hon'ble Full Bench of this Court in Crl.A.Nos.89 and 90 of 2020 dated 28.05.2020.

Even though notice served on the appellant as well as the respondent, none appeared for both the parties on 20.09.2022 and therefore the matter was directed to be listed on 22.09.2022 and on that also there was no representation for both the parties and hence once again the matter was directed to be listed on 20.10.2022. On 20.10.2022 also there was no representation for both the parties and hence finally the matter was directed to be listed on 27.10.2022 under the caption "for dismissal. Accordingly, today i.e. 27.10.2022 even though the matter is listed under the caption for dismissal, when the criminal appeal is taken up for hearing, there was no representation for both the parties.
