This Contempt Petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 04.07.2012 made in W.P.No.14649 of 2012.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that, the order under contempt has been complied with. To that effect, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents furnished a copy of the proceedings of the Tahsildar, Sangagiri vide Na.Ka.No.2087/2015/B, dated 25.09.2020. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel on either side, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings of the Respondents, it is open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law.
