ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been to direct the respondents to register a case based on the complaint dated 22.07.2016 given by the petitioner and investigate the same in accordance with law and file a final report within the time stipulated by the statute.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that based on the petitioner's complaint, the petition enquiry is pending, before the second respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [(2014) 4 SCC 1], otherwise, the petition may be closed under intimation to the petitioner. The petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent and co-operate with the enquiry. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
