18.03.2026 issued by the respondent and quash the same in so far as it relates to the petitioner's bank account namely, IDBI Bank Account No.0907102000074953 (Current Account), and State Bank of India Account No.20188605650 (Savings Account), are concerned and pass such further and other orders.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard.

2. Though various grounds have been raised in the petition, in the absence of any ground relating to absence of jurisdiction on the part of the authority in provisionally attaching the property, we are not inclined to examine any of those grounds, because, all these aspects shall be taken into consideration by the adjudicating authority, where, petitioner will have an opportunity to submit her objections, including all those grounds which have been taken by her in this petition.

3. With liberty, the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the interim applications are also dismissed.
