It appears that on 17.03.2023, the Execution Court has ordered direction warrant against the judgment debtor in order to remove the rod which was preventing access to the plaintiff to reach the Bschedule property. By Order dated 14.07.2023, direction warrant was executed and the rod was removed and E.P. was terminated.

3. Recording the above said submissions, as nothing survives for further adjudication, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. There is no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
