This petition has been filed to amend the petition and order copy as the Sections as 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 427, 435, 447, 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of TNPPDL Act instead of 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 427, 435, 447, 506(ii) of IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of TNPPDL Act, in Crl.O.P.No.14886 of 2022, dated 28.06.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks indulgence of this Court to extend the time for execution of sureties.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 29.07.2022 to execute the sureties.
