Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded. It is further submitted by him that in respect of the relief sought in the Writ Petition, he would make representation for making endorsement in the entry in relation to the sale deed bearing document No. 49 of 2016 dated 06.01.2016 in the 'A' Register maintained, which has been declared as null and void by the I Assistant City Civil Court, Madras, to work out his legal remedy in the manner recognized by law.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
