ORDER

A compliance report has been filed by the respondent stating that the directions issued by this Court by its order dated 07.09.2022 in WP.No.27112 of 2018, has been duly complied with. The order of the respondent dated 06.02.2023 is also placed on record along with the compliance report, in compliance with the directions given by this Court on 07.09.2022 in WP.No.27112 of 2018.

2. However, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that by total non-application of mind, the request of the petitioner for regularization, has been rejected. She would also submit that the petitioner had to file 4 Writ Petitions seeking for the very same relief as prayed for in WP.No.27112 of 2018.

3. If aggrieved by the impugned order dated 06.02.2023 passed by the respondent pursuant to the directions given by this Court on 07.09.2022 in WP.No.27112 of 2018, the petitioner will have to challenge the same in the manner known to him under law. 2/4

4. The scope of the Contempt Petition is very limited and once the respondent complies with the directions of this Court, which is the subject matter of the Contempt Petition, no further directions can be passed in the Contempt Petition.

5. Since the respondent has complied with the directions given by this Court on 07.09.2022 in WP.No.27112 of 2018 in letter and spirit, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Contempt Petition.

6. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the order of the respondent dated 06.02.2023 in the manner known to him under law. 07.08.2023 Index: Yes/ No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet: Yes/No Sni 3/4
