ORDER

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 26.04.2010 passed in WP.No.15025 of 2009.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court dated 26.04.2010 has been complied with. They have also produced a copy of the proceedings of the third respondent in C.No.A1/777/2013 (R.O.No.197/2013) dated 26.11.2013 to that effect.
