ORDER

This writ petition is of the year 2014. It is seen from the records that the second respondent had passed interim suspension order i.e. the impugned order, till the disposal of the enquiry, against the petitioner and also asked the petitioner to vacate the hostel.

2. Challenging the above said orders passed by the second respondent, the petitioner has filed this writ petition to to quash the same and also for a consequential direction to the second respondent to permit the petitioner to attend the project work and to write the two regular arrear examinations for the academic year 2013-2014 and to complete the degree.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that, now, no relief can be passed in this writ petition, since the prayer sought for is with regard to the Academic year 2013-2014 and now there is a lapse of 6 years. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the writ petition.

4. Considering the above submission, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. However, if the petitioner is having any further grievance, it is open for him to approach the concerned authority to seek further relief.

5. With the above observation, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
