ORDER

This Criminal Appeal has been filed by the petitioner seeking to set aside the acquittal order passed in STC.No.323 of 2017 dated 20.03.2023 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ariyalur.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that, due to nonappearance, the petition was dismissed by the trial Court. He further submitted that owing to lack of communication, he was unable to appear before the Court.

3. Heard, Mr.A.Sivaji, learned counsel appearing for the appellant, and Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

4. On considering the submissions of both sides and upon perusal of the records, this Court finds the reason assigned by the appellant to be justifiable. The appellant is directed to co-operate with the proceedings.
