Cont P No.950 of 2020 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the aforesaid order is contrary to the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.27600 of 2017 dated 11.12.2018. 3.Law is quite settled that if an order is passed in the purported compliance of the order passed by this Court, a remedy open to the party is to challenge the same in the manner known to law. Therefore, there no willful disobedience on the part of the respondent. 4.Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed giving liberty to the petitioner to raise all the issues before the forum concerned in the manner known to law.
