The present petition is filed by the appellants in A.S.No.372 of 2011 to bring on record the proposed petitioners 5 and 6 [legal representatives of deceased 4th appellant], as appellants 5 & 6, in view of the fact that the 4th respondent, viz., Prem, died on 14.04.2022.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the fact that the proposed petitioners 5 and 6 are legal representatives of the 4th respondent and that there is no objection on the side of the respondent, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
